Early RAD Buckle in Mint Condition

I don't throw around the word mint very often, but this buckle is truly in that state of preservation. I assume the 4 tab buckles are early. It does not appear to have never been on a belt.

The 4 tab buckles are usually a private purchase dress buckles. It is much harder to find a 4 tab RAD than Heer, Luftwaffe or Police.
