    SS Buckle Help needed

Cut I please get some help on this SS buckle,I believe its a fake, but again I'm not sure, what I dont like are the two pins, the way they are cut, buckle is unmarked, and the catch are missing, this might have been done, for hiding something?
    Thanks

I believe it to be a fake just based upon the opposing cut to the prongs

It is just an "OLT" (old English fake) where the quick give away marking has been ground off. Obvious from the die break seen on the bottom right between other things.
