    Luftwaffe

    Hi all,
first of all wanted to wish you a very happy holiday.
Now I want to teach this buckle you just got, first wanted to know their opinions, and then I can say about the maker of the "EC" also bears the number "43" because I have not been able to locate in none of the best known bibliographies.
    As always, very grateful.

    I send greetings
    Marcelo.

Looking at the RZM list the only EC I see is Elberg & Co. The 43 is for 1943.

KIR thank you very much, had the same thought, but I was reviewing old threads, and I've seen a buckle with the same features that also asks the EC mark, and he answered that it could be also ERNST CONZE, Lüdenscheid - M5/70, so must be some manufacturers, keep looking.

thank you very much for the prompt replies friends, now what was observed is that the manufacturer EC, except in one case that I show below, this appears maker mark stamped on the Luftwaffe buckles of the same type? you observed it somewhere else?

            regards
            Marcelo.

Hello Buckles are usually M4 codes. I have an HJ buckle that has an M5 code, so never say never but that is why I was thinking Elberg & Co. M4/47. Kirby
