Just picked up some Youth buckles and other stuff!

What are the youth belt and buckles going
for with 1 lightning bolt!

Buckle itself is marked RZM KH 28

One with belt is marked

KHM M4/49
RZM under it and Circle and a J T
with something like a funny L in between.
