Hate Belts

Hi Jean,
Many, many thanks. This so-called Hate belt is a favorite. I doubt a belt like this would stay together today, if another collector or dealer got it.

I like it, because the man who put it together had some style. Did you folks notice that he used button rings from a US uniform to keep the items in place. The Wound badges are simply pinned through the belt,and are not damaged.

Anybody else have one they would like to post?

Hello Jody,

I do not think that anybody actually collects only those belts but most buckles collectors have some in their collection. I have a few my-self.
There has never been much interest for them.
I thing that Buttons, badges and insignias collectors would buy them for the badges and buckles collectors would be interested in the buckles but not both at the same time.
If you are interested in more details on those belts, please let me know. I will then try to provide more information’s.
