HJ Leaders buckle

Don't know alot about these hj leader buckles, this one came out of a yard sale
in florida yesterday with a couple other medals, It looks like it is zinc, can anyone tell me what it's value is?

A friend of mine picked this buckle up and is mailing it to me, as soon

Had a little zinc rust, but not to bad of shape.
