your opinon on a S.S buckle

this item doesn't belong to me

my friend says that it is an uncommon variation,not often seen,the steel buckle has silver/grey paint, the prong is made of aluminium..marks are rzm 158(? not sure) and SS......
Would you have more information on this model?

very first type of 155/40, that's why there are alu prongs on it because they used the stock of alu product for this new steel one..(and typical assman alu prongs : curved)
