    Marked belt?

    Hello guys!
Here is the belt I've just found... It seems it was pencil-marked, but I can't read what it is... Maybe someone will help me?

        Try this:
turn off the lights, IR source lamp (i.e. your tv remote control led or a little IR mutli led lamp or a black light neon form OSRAM) and your camera that dosen't filter the IR (easy very this when push your remote control in front of camera after truned lights off ;-) ), try to positioning the Ir light in various angulation during the shots on the marks!

        Cheers

This belt is IMHO post-war, or at least non-regulation.
Look at the leather: the outside surface is the skin-side, whereas period belts always have the flesh-side out. The hook seems odd too. Painted nickel?
I think this is an early post-war BGS, BW or NVA belt. I tend to the latter.

            I will try this tomorrow!

Here is another picture of the hook, does it help to say if it's postwar?
