Hitler Youth belt?

My wife's uncle had purchased this from an online auction in Germany. Seller claims it was a hitler youth belt. I've given him my thoughts as being a fantasy belt. I wanted to get some opinions to relay back to him. Thanks.

Like nothing I've ever seen before, most likely post-war imprints on a post-war belt... nothing here points to the direction of Hitler-Youth...

The leather was impressed first, then the belt was folded over and riveted. Look at the picture in post nr. 2.
It's more likely a 'fantasy' piece from the 1930's, like other 'kitsch' items such as pens, pocketknives, pillows etc. with swastika/Hitler designs.
