A Tony L. Oliver-product. Tony Oliver was a well-known dealer then for military items for film and collectors from Egham in Surrey, England. He was one of the persons that was involved in the well-known series from Rudolf Kahl about "Uniforms and Badges of the Third Reich", the booklets with drawings, published by the Military Collectors Service from the Netherlands.
