    Heer buckle - Osang

    Hi everyone,

a while ago i posted my 1st buckle ( link ) and now i would like to share my new one with you and hear your opinions on it.
Unlike my LW it is far from mint but has a good amount of detail & paint left and was also manufactered in Dresden, hope you like it aswell and thanks for having a look!

( Click the thumbnails for a larger picture ).
the buckle itself is unmarked as far as i can see.

Hard to get a good shot of the rather faint stamp but this picture allows for a positive identification, G.H. OSANG-1941-DRESDEN.
Initialy i wasnt sure about the date ( 41 or 44 ) but after comparing the angles i conclude it says 1941.

    Kind regards, Olivier.

Nice honest buckle! The lack of a maker mark on the buckle is correct for this buckle.

Here is what your tab mark would have used to look like:

Thanks for commenting, glad you like it to.
I was still in doubt if i missed something because it was marked faintly and/or paint covered it so thanks for clearing that out and the minty example of my tab ( and how it probably looked 70 years ago ).

      Kind regards, Olivier.
