Help with belt and cross strap

Hello all. I have been offered this belt and would like to know authenticity. There are few marks on it. 1938 is stamped on the buckleith SA and a backward eagle stamped in the leather on the backside of the buckle.

Backwards Swastika !!!!!!

That is that Bulgarian THING I keep seeing on ebay. The swastika is BACKWARDS on this piece of ****. DO NOT TOUCH !!!!!!!!!!

Fake eagle stamp

As I look at it I see that they popped an eagle out of the handgrip of an SA or SS dagger, heated it up and burned it into the leather. Hence eagle and swaz face the wrong way. I have also never see a German belt buckle of the two prong typyemade of brass. The Germans plated The gold colored two prong buckles for SA, Heer General, or Naval Coastal Artillery.
