Hi experts!

What about this piece?
Is it a SA-buckle? The style of the Swatiska looks like the way of the SS-buckles. I´ve seen it before but not often.

But i´ve never seen a silver SA-buckle before.

Could you perhaps tell me something about that piece og history?
