    Is the Gold one Navy.. and the Silver Admin (navy)?

    What is the maker mark on the back?

      If I am not mistaken, this is an officers' Reichsmarine" buckle.

        German navy, during TR. They were to be found by the hundreds in the sixties and seventies in countries as the Netherlands and were for sale then for less then $ 2,- (about 2,50 and 3,- guilders), coming straight from Lüdenscheid manufacturers and were mainly sold by Dutch dealers then.
