    Late war Heer buckle

    Hi, I would be grateful for opinions on this late war Heer buckle. It is unmarked with (95%?) field-grey paint. After doing a search amd seeing similar buckles I am wondering from the shape of the eagle head whether it is an "Overhoff & cie" (Ludenscheid) made buckle? Hope it's OK!
    If OK, is there any way of dating it? e.g 1944-45 ?
