unknown buckle and belt just found

This is a very nice belt and buckle....an estate find this morning, just don't know this buckle....is it real and rare?.....buckle has no markings other than shown...belt is stamped 95 and maker marked...any help?

Looks like a medic's buckle--believe they were also used by DRK (German Red Cross).

I have no idea of its relative rarity--in my several decades of dabbling in TR stuff, I've never come across one.

It is a DRK (Red Cross) buckle.

They're not very rare, and are usually found in good condition.

Still a nice score, and I'm sure someone would pick it up off estand - if the price is right!
