Tropical belt hook question

Greetings,

I got this trop belt hook but I suspect it is a fake: a bit smaller and sides are not the same (more triangular). Here are 2 pics. Supposed fake hook is the one without the belt (of course...).

Teddy, Thank you too. Sorry what do you mean ? Are there 2 types of hook ?
The one I dont like is 43 dated. Could it be a later type ?

I think the higher one is for DAK or tropical belt...

The other, smaller, is generally found on RNBR , late war type belt , leather or web..
