the only way is if soldier made it himself. no one had tab from manufactures as fas as i know -

It is obvious that the prong bar has been replaced on this buckle, the leather tab being sewn to the prongs.
The catch is weird.
The buckle itself has been messed with, at least, or is a fake...Comment
