All of them are good and post war produced buckles.

Some of them are in use till today. The Red Cross buckle for instance is still available at several uniform and equipment suppliers in Germany.

          Best,
          Guido

              Rajko,

I have at the moment no reference ready to hand, but these buckles must be in use since the beginning of the last century. And for sure since the 1920th! During the TR era they introduced a new buckle (with swas), but they turn back to the primal design after WWII.

However, the shown 2 examples bear all the characteristics of a post war produced RK buckle!

              Best,
              Guido

Sorry....all these are Post War (actually "current") versions,.....I think these run around 18 Euros. not including postage, each.....

OK as "examples" of what they are.....but will never be mistaken for thier earlier versions....The "Geneva Cross" version buckle dates back to founding of the Red Cross International...certianly (?) 1870s (or earlier) I'd assume...and was still availible even after the adoption of the "3rd Reich" buckles in sales catalogs of the period.

If you paid "WW2/Pre-WW 2" prices, and they were "sold as WW2/Pre." then you've been had.....If you can, you should return them....if you paid $30./50. each....that's what they sell for "stateside".

Sorry to confirm the "bad news".....

PS. There are several "State Seal" types, Fire Defense, several Worker Guild like Carpenters & Tile setters, Mining, Neutrality, and Red Cross buckles avail. from current German makers (search "Koppelschloss")-
