Picked this up in a trade lot last week. Never had one in my hands before as I don't pick up much NSDAP material. Pretty impressive buckle!

I have one too- the hard part is finding the catch for it. I have been looking for years. I have to assume there is a catch for every one of these buckles made. I hope whoever has all the catches will let us both know.

I'm going to assume most of the catches were left on the leather belts, when NSDAP buckles were replaced post-war with something swastika-less.

I finally got a good NSDAP leaders belt with buckle and keeper. All are in superb condition, but the belt is sized 85. toad

I got one 130, way too long for the uniform it came with. And the hat width is really small. Wonder what the guy must have looked like ?
