Hello Sergey & Marc,
First, I agree with Marc, the buckle is good, but Marc, you did a mistake: look closely, it is not a Assmann buckle at all. The eagle is not Assmann (it is Overhoff), the prongs are not the curved Assmann's, and the catch is not Assmann's. Even if the catch top foot looks like the Assmann 155/40's (on variant with marking by the catch), the form of both feet is too rounded on Sergey buckle, not at all like Assmann used on his 155/40's, and also feet are too straight for a Assmann, not at all turned toward the inside like they have to be.
Instead, look at your latest Overhoff 36/43 and you will see you have the exact same catch, with the exact same feet, top and bottom, with the bottom one having also the same mark left by the soldering tool (hollow straight lines).
So, Sergey, your buckle is an original and unmarked Overhoff buckle made using the same die and tools that the 1943 production. I think the buckle was made either late 1943, either early 1944.Jean Pierre Redeuilh
