SS officer buckle

Hi everyone. A friend asked me to post some pics of a SS officer buckle he just got. Nothing like anything I`ve ever seen, but then again this is not my field. So what do you think?

TW marking stands for Willy Thuy from Lüdenscheid. He had very short a permission to manufacturer for the RZM, but lost soon his permission. He did not manufacturer SS leaders buckles anyway!
