HJ buckle for review

Hello all

I was asked about this HJ buckle today. I believe the mm is M4/30
its hard to tell. All parts of the buckle are steel.Any opinions would be
greatly appreciated.

You are correct... This is a nickel over steel HJ by RZM M4/30 which is maker Berg & Nolte, Lüdenscheid.
