SS EM Steel Buckle, Unmarked Fake?

I believe this buckle is a fake as I have seen similar ones on this forum; if so, does anyone know its origin; just curious.

It is a fake, but looks different than so called Hungarian fakes.

Those fakes are made nowdays in Czech Republic.
