Hi - I have a late war Overhoff SS buckle with an unknown (to me) belt. It has "L&F" stamped on the catch. Also there is a large "G" in a rectangle on the underside. Any ideas who made it? It is a size 105.

Hi - I have a late war Overhoff SS buckle with an unknown (to me) belt. It has "L&F" stamped on the catch. Also there is a large "G" in a rectangle on the underside. Any ideas who made it? It is a size 105.

By looking through previous posts I have discovered the belt is at least partly made by Linden and Funk(e). But what is the "G" all about? Did L&F supply the hooks for small belt makers?

The "G" did mnot show up in the photo. Anybody have any ideas who made a belt with a large "G" in a rectangle? How many can there be?
