Hi,
Here's one of my favorite belts and unusually fior me came from a dealer[only a small one]O&C marked buckle and 1937 marked large leather tab and CTD DRGM marked belt clip markings to leather but only 1939 date is legable.

Polizei buckle

A super buckle.

Without wishing to appear overly pedantic though, the buckle enjoys the logo of D & C and not that of O & C.
