Hi Patrick,

this buckle is not necessarily Legion Condor, as this is just a neutral buckle, you could buy them new, up to years after WW2. Maybe still available somewhere today, as a new product.
In Angolias buckle book, you can identify a neutral buckle, worn by members of the Legion Condor. But does that mean, all neutral buckles are automatically Legion Condor buckles? I really do not think so. If you can get it cheap, go for it. But I would not spend big bucks for a buckle, that could also be worn by anybody before.
