Don't know the numerics but it's for a Panzer Regiment

"I" means this buckle belongs to the item set n#1 of the soldier

[Willi Z.]

"I" means this buckle belongs to the item set n#1 of the soldier

I is an equipment grade mark, meaning this one had no issues before being given to the soldier.
