Differences in Heer vs KM buckles??

OK, I know this will be giggled at as a beginner question, but for the life of me I can't tell the differences between a Heer EM buckle and a Kriegsmarine EM buckle!!

Could someone please enlighten me?? Preferably with a side by side photo. Thanks, Bill

Thank you, I must just be dense but I still don't see the difference (aside from buckle color)

The gold finished alumininue R S & S are easy to ID as Kreigsmarine. There is no difference on the green painted buckles. If the leather tab is stamped with the eagle and the M is only only way I would call a green finished buckle KM.
