Like your opinion on the following buckle "Allzeit Bereit"
(page 301 R. Angolia)
Why should they imitate this one if it was a copy?

I would say "copy" is the wrong term in this matter:

Pfadfinder stuff like this buckle was available many years after 1945 in Germany and I think you can buy it still nowadays with this motto.
