Classic characteristics to this manufacture (small recess to the buckle reverse, zinc, dtd. 1941, etc).

Has anyone seen these dated other than 1941 by G. Reinhardt?

I may suspect this is the only year these officer tropical belts have been contracted by G. Reinhardt as all examples exclusive to this manufacturer i've seen/own are dtd. 1941?
