Late war unmarked Heer blue buckle for opinions

Hey guys, what do you think of this late war buckle? Appears to be steel and spray painted, as evident on the prong area. Has wrinkles or bends on the sides.

I like it! I have one as well. It came on a very late "rough side out" brown belt. A veteran pick up.

Hi, thanks. Can you let me know a bit more? I am curious as to the maker, why the ripples in the steel (are they all like that?) and the spray painting (normal for this one?) I have a late war blue JFS and it has better detail (pebbling behind bird), but I did notice this one has a very pronounced wreath. Let me know if the maker is known, I would love to see other examples like it.
