this appears to be a SA style buckle , it is all chrome, and the catch is pretty wierd, looks like it is different then all other buckles I have..it looks lower and may have been replaced at some time , also the prongs have a reverse cut pattern although they are not sharp by any means...kinda scared

From the images supplied, looks like a perfectly sound and actually quite rare, "upright" swastika NSKK.
