I think the alu on the left was denazified at some time. Swastika is probably an addition to the buckle.

I think you are right. The swastika on the alu buckle at the left has been messed with. The arms are way to thick. The alu buckle at the right is a nice unmessed original. The dark buckle is a late war Heer buckle.
