Would a brass catch on a steel Luft buckle be highly irregular/ suspicious?

Thanks for the input, I thought the same. I'll try to post pics in the future. For now, I'll chaulk this one up, as a learning experience. Fortunately, it was an inexpensive lesson. Thx. Bob
