The buckle is for the NSKK (Kraftfahr Korps). Unfortunately the swastika has been filed off.

Crikey - someone has made a good job of denazifying this one, insofar as it would appear to have been drilled, filed and then the hole plugged with a resin or putty - talk about belt and braces.

As Kevin confirmed, NSKK and a buckle type becoming and more more difficult to secure in good condition.

To many, your particular buckle would have a curiosity value only and what a pity.
