SS officers buckle

Dear friends and fellow collectors,

A good friend of mine got this buckle offered, IMO it's not good but I'm far from an expert on SS buckle's.
So I'd like to hear you opinions about it, and if original what would be the price (this can me PM'd to me).
These picture's are all I have.

It is an original Emil Jüttner (zinc made). If he does not like his gift I can gladly accept it
