Any idea on the maker?

Looks to be from the firm Assmann judging by the curvature of the prongs. Better view of the prongs would assist in the determination.

Also, please look at the 4 tabs on the reverse holding buckle onto box and see if there is an "A" stamped to one of the tabs. This was at times done by this firm as well.
