RAD belt and buckle

Saw one of these in great shape here in Germany and the guy is asking 75.00 for it
is this a good price and also what should i look out for ??
If i dont reply for awhile Its because its hard for me to get on a computer lately ,You know how the Army is

Hi Flieger,

EUR 75 is okay, if it is in really really good condition, preferrably with a leather tab, and I would like nice maker's marks on both the buckle and the tab. This is in no way a rare buckle, so my advice would be to only buy a really good one.
