    Leather Navy Tab.

    Hi,
    I've picked up a leather Navy tab once,but always doubted the eagle.
    Anyone familiar with these ???

    Hi Jos,

    The eagle is strange but the Assmann marking and date looks 100% original.

      I would be very leery of this tab. First I have never seen a property marked Navy tab dated later then 1938. Marc may have but I have not. I also do not like the way the tab is constructed and the way the stamping is done. No need to give the fakers more info on this. If you are interested in more info email me at Fennec@erols.com
