The real German elite

Hi collectors,

I want to show you a foto which was found by a friend of mine.
It shows the absolute elite group of the II.WW.
Forget all the SS divisions or the Brandenburger. Here are the butcher's!!

I can recommend to take a good look to the whole uniform.
Is it normal that two guy's have the guns, and the other three have the ammo

P.S. The expert on the left wears an old style butchers buckle!

...this is a well known photo of a SOE group during WWII,...they were part of a secret operation...but were caught by the Gestapo short after they hit the ground...

Interesting photo......My Guess is Casablanca - 1 german soldier, 1 trustie with his 3 volunteer buddies,(egyptian?). Mine laying squad...........
Any chance of a blow up of the buckle?

Here is a close up from the buckle. The other fellows wear -probably- the army buckle.
