Opinions wanted on Kriegsmarine belt and buckle

This Kriegsmarine belt and buckle has been offerd to me for a price of 100 euros. It is a dark blue steel buckle. I think the price is reasonable. The buckle seems good, but I just want to be sure.

Can anybode give his opinion on this buckle?
