    Luft 1st pattern please help

    hello....I have the option to purchase this luft 1st pattern pictured below, I have yet to encounter a 1st pattern that is a molded aluminum...I have a good 2 piece..I am still very new at this and need an opinion...I checked angolias book and found no pictures or mention of this pattern in molded construction...thanks for your help..chad

          ahhhhhhhhh photo upload is not working

          I dont know what I am doing wrong, but I cant ever seem to get the attatchment to show...any help would be appreciated since I have tried 3 times now to get the pictures on this thread..thanks..chad

                Hello,
                I have a 2 piece aluminum buckle like yours. I've only seen 1 other example of this kind of buckle because I hear they are quite rare. If you have a chance to get it, I would. But that's coming from a FJ/Luftwaffe nut. I like mine, it goes good with my FJ, who is mostly early-war gear, oldest piece on him being his helmet, a M40. Or I guess maybe his rifle, a 1941 Luftwaffe stamped K98. Hope that maybe helps? It's always good to know there are other exmaples of things out there.
