WH RZM Buckle Check

Hello. Please see No. 6. I have never seen an RZM WH Buckle. The eagle heag/legs and reverse imprinting looks a little weak? Is this buckle legit?

The M4/44 Paul Cramer is the only RZM that's legit on a non-political buckle to my knowledge, making this guy pretty scarse. This is actually my buckle and I'm moving it along on eStand. Ray give me a PM if you're interested.
