Mercedes Buckle Info??

I recently found a Mercedes belt buckle that had RZM and other stampings. As I am not a buckle collector, and as I recall reading somewhere that these pieces are fantasy or repro pieces i did not buy. Out of curiosity, could someone provide any info about these? No pics, sorry. Buckle was large in size and rectangular, made of brass, bordered entirely by very small swastikas. Center of buckle had an imprint of a Mercedes vehicle. Just curious.

Hello, Difficult to say anything about the provenance or age of this “ fantasy piece” without a picture but one thing is sure, even if a “Mercedes factory protection “ buckle would exist, there would be no RZM marking on it.

I have somewhere a Daimler Benz pocket knife with LW eagle on one side and the factory name on the other side but never saw the brand “Mercedes” on anything war time German before.
