Today's find : DRK EM alpax variant

Hello mates,

I went to a small show today, and although I am more a military buckle collector, I noticed a super nice DRK belt and buckle set.







The buckle is a variant version of the regular DRK buckle made in alpax.
It has the big cross and is seldom seen. It is in mint condition and looks to be almost unworn, as the belt is.

The seller stated he is selling his collection and he has this set from 30 + years. The set has always been together and he picked it up in Luxembourg.

Last thing is that I got it for the price of a standard DRK buckle as nobody seen it was a rare variant...

A great buckle and very rare. It is also in great condition and with the belt a well. These buckles occasionally come up priced for what one would pay for the standard RC buckle. I picked mine up years ago from a well known dealer for a song.
