    Heer Belt and Buckle...help please

I have the chance to pick up this belt and buckle. It looks to be of proper manufacture from my limited knowledge, but I cannot find or even make out the maker names. Can anyone make out the maker marks?

It looks to be 2 different parts, the support tab has the date 1936 and the belt itself has the date 1941. I would guess the belt( a brown Linden & Funke) is a replacement for the original? I think I see the name 'Freberg' above 1941, the word above that I cannot make out.

Some guidance would be greatly appreciated.
    thank you

I can make out the 'Schm...' and the date '1936' but everything else in hard to read. It's not just the quality of the pictures.

'L & F' on the hook, Linden and Funk to the best of my research. (sorry for picture quality of buckle itself, I could find no maker marks on it).
