Marc Verstraete buckle real or not

    Hello,

I have purchased this buckle from the "Marc Verstraete Collection" which Helmut Weitze is selling. It was item 132834.

Now that it has arrived I am not so sure if it is a good one or not. I seek the opinion of others or perhaps even Marc could confirm if he sees this or someone might be kind enough to bring it to his attention.

Many thanks to all who could find the time to reply

Personally, i do not like it at all:
      1. prongs
      2. catch
      3. soldering
      ...

You might want to post this on the Imperial forum for some more opinions. Kirby

All you have to do, is write a book on something or put some of your collection in some books, and your an expert on the subject.
I am not a helmet collector, but have a friend who has about 450 buckles in his collection, and have bought many of them for him while at military shows, so i have handled a lot of buckles, but i do not like this buckle.

                  hey ben
I am fine sofar, just to busy to post much.
i am also still upset that the forum rules were change sothat one can not delete/ modify a post after some time.
this is why i prefer not to post much.

                  greetings
