It may be that the leather was sewn or newly added.

Hi Raphael, thank you for the opinion... im a not expert for belts, this is not my collecting area. Therefore I have one more question: what buckle come to this belt, is it that a SS or police belt-buckle?

Could be both if the backing is of light green like on the first photo. W-SS if the backing is darker green like on the following photo.
