Info neede on Luft Buckle

Hi I have a Luft Aluminum buckle with the dropped tail. The buckle is marked with a diamond with the initials RSL who is the manufacturer and the year of manufacture?

Pretty sure it's a version of Richard Siepert & Sohn, Ludenscheid Trademark.

I have the same exact buckle, with the same markings, and a leather tab on it. The tab is stamped "Dransfeld & ?? / Menden 1/W" and what appears to be "1936". The stitching goes through the date and the first and last letters of the upper maker mark, so I am not 100% certain what it says. Hope this helps.
